Tim specializes and is responsible for the compliance consulting for the Firm. He is also involved with Information Systems consulting, outsourced internal audit services, ACH exams and loan reviews, as well as being responsible for compliance peer group meetings. Tim joined LCV and was hired as staff in 1984 and has worked his way up to Executive Officer. He enjoys most being a reliable resource for banks and helping them meet the challenges of regulatory issues.

He has held a variety of positions at a community bank for 11 years prior to LCV, as cashier, compliance officer, computer operator, security officer, loan officer, and head teller.

His professional designations include being a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM).

Tim is married, has two children and two cats. He enjoys spending many weekends performing Civil War reenactments.
