Tim specializes in and is responsible for the risk management services provided by the Firm. These include BSA/AML/OFAC consulting, outsourced internal audit services, ACH exams, loan reviews and regulatory compliance. He facilitates numerous regional compliance peer group meetings. Tim joined LCV in 1984. For the 11 years before that he held a variety of positions at a community bank including cashier, compliance officer, computer operator, security officer, loan officer, and head teller.

He enjoys most being a reliable resource for financial institutions and helping them meet the challenges of regulatory and operational issues.

His professional designations include being a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM).

Tim enjoys spending many weekends participating in Civil War reenactments.
