Carl specializes in Estate and Gift Taxation Planning as well as Corporate and Individual Tax Planning and Preparation. He primarily services construction, manufacturers, agribusiness, retail and professional service businesses.

Carl graduated from Western Illinois University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting.

Professional affiliations include the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society. He is currently Treasurer of the Lee County Industrial Development Association and a member of the Dixon Noon Lions Club. He has served as a board member of the Dixon Family YMCA and Dixon Area Chamber of Commerce.

Carl is married with three children, is a private pilot and enjoys basketball, golf, contemporary jazz music and the outdoors.
