Mike spends most of his time on consulting and tax work with closely held businesses with a particular emphasis on health care and service companies. He enjoys the confidence that people have in his decision-making abilities for the long term benefit of their businesses. Mike has been with LCV since 1978.

He attended Northern Illinois University where he graduated cum laude with a BS degree in Accounting and Finance.

His professional affiliations include the AICPA, the Illinois CPA Society, the Northern Illinois Alumni Club, and the PKF North American Network Health Care Niche.

Mike is married with two children and his hobbies include golf, snow and water skiing, basketball, and boating.
