Dave is engagement partner and concurring reviewer for a number of financial institution engagements for accounting, tax and consulting services. He is the Chairman of the Firm's Non-Profit Niche Group and also serves on the Firm’s Technology Committee.

Dave graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Eau-Claire with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He also received a comprehensive degree in Accounting and Information Systems.

He is a member of the AICPA, the NSA, the Illinois CPA Society, Institute of Management Accountants, the Illinois Bankers Association, Community Bankers Association of Illinois and the Community Bankers Advisory Network (CBAN). He also serves on the Board of Directors for several local non-profit organizations.
