In addition to his duties as President/CEO of LCV, Neal concentrates his expertise in business valuations, tax consulting, tax return preparation and auditing. Neal maintains an ABV certificate and testifies as an expert witness. He has been with LCV since 1982 and a Shareholder since 1991. He was elected President and CEO in December of 2006.

Neal attended Iowa State University and Buena Vista College where he graduated with honors with a BA degree in Accounting.

His professional affiliations include the AICPA, and the Illinois CPA Society.

Neal is married to Teri and has two children, Zach and Dani, and a black Labrador. In his spare time Neal enjoys biking, exercising, and holds a black belt in TaeKwon Do.
