Kim joined the LCV staff in 1997. She was promoted from Executive Recruiter to Director of Human Resources in 2007. Kim specializes in recruiting staff for all five LCV offices. She is responsible for all management and implementation of human resource policies, programs, and procedures firm-wide.

Kim is a graduate of Northern Illinois University, with a Bachelors of General Studies degree with an emphasis in Communications. She earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification in December of 2007.

She is involved in the community and is an active member of the Rockford Area SHRM chapter.

Kim is married, has a daughter, a son, and a chocolate lab. She enjoys reading, camping and cooking.
