Jennifer joined LCV in June 2008 as the firm’s Director of Career Development. She specializes in performance management, professional development, and learning initiatives for all LCV offices. Her background includes a wide range of experience in the field of learning and development, including expertise in curriculum design and facilitation. She has worked in a variety of industries, including world-wide technology and financial companies.

Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA.

She is involved in the community through her church and is an active member of the Rock Valley ASTD chapter.

Jennifer is married and enjoys outdoor activities in the summer and scrapbooking in the winter.
