Matt has primarily focused within the financial institution industry providing such services as financial statement audits, internal audits, directors' exams, loan reviews and asset liability management reviews. He joined LCV in 2000.

Matt has experience in commercial banking and previously worked as a Credit Analyst and a Commercial Lending Officer for a nationally known multi-branch bank. As a Credit Analyst he carried out underwriting and loan review duties for a $120 million commercial lending division. As a Commercial Lending Officer he managed a $45 million portfolio.

Matt is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He also earned an Accounting degree from Northern Illinois University and received his CPA designation in 2001. He lives in Sterling with his wife Rachel, and their two children.
