Brian Anderson, CPA

Brian Anderson has been promoted from Supervisor to Manager. Anderson started with LCV as an intern, transitioning to full time in 2002. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois with his Masters Degree in Accounting. His professional focus is primarily in the area of governmental audits. Anderson is a member of the Illinois CPA Society, Freeport Jaycees, and the Knights of Columbus.

Cathy Sanford,  CPA

Cathy Sanford has been promoted from Tax Supervisor to Tax Manager. Sanford is a graduate of Judson College. She has been with the Firm since 2007. Her professional focus is primarily in tax research, tax planning and preparation. She is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society. Sanford and her husband reside in Rockford.

Jennifer Lungstrom, CPA, EA

Jennifer Lungstrom has been promoted from Senior Tax Accountant to Tax Supervisor. Lungstrom has been with LCV since November 2006. A graduate of Rockford College, her professional focus is in income tax preparation and correspondence with the IRS. She has worked extensively with QuickBooks clients and specializes in not for profit tax preparation and compliance. Lungstrom is a member of the Institute of Management Accounts, Belvidere Young Professionals, and the Illinois CPA Society. She resides in Belvidere with her husband and son.

Brianne Canova

Brianne Canova has been promoted from Senior Accountant to Supervisor. A graduate of Lynn University, her professional focus is primarily in the area of audit and review engagements. Canova started with the firm in November 2005. Canova is a member of the Institute of Management Accounts. She resides in Rockford with her husband and son.

Ancin Cooley, CISA, CIA

Ancin Cooley has been promoted from Senior Bank Consultant to Bank Supervisor. He is a graduate of Morehouse College. His professional focus is primarily in loan review, information technology audits, internal audits, directors’ exams and regulatory compliance reviews for financial institutions. Cooley previously worked for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) as an Examiner before joining LCV in March of 2008. Cooley is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. He holds both a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) designation.
